Tip: upload a zip with one PDF per child, named with the child's name (and class or ID). It goes straight to each child.

Immunization Record Tracker: families, children and their immunizations, checked against the New York State school immunization requirements and, when the school uses NYC rules (the default), New York City's rules too. Forms are read on this phone first (free, nothing is sent anywhere to read them); only a form the app can't read is sent to the school's own AI reader (Google Gemini), when the school turns it on: a PDF's own text is read first, and the usual forms (NYC CH-205, Boro Park Pediatric, Kensington Pediatrics, vaccine administration records) are read by their layout. One big PDF holding many children's forms is split on this phone into one form per child; a zip with one file per child goes straight to each child; forms Tab has already read can be received straight from Tab (More → Receive from Tab), sealed so only your device can open them. Records are encrypted on your devices before they sync. Version 4.12.4.
